TIPS FOR ROYAL ICING APPLICATION:

Thicker consistency works best (15-20 seconds)

The thicker the consistency the faster the dry time and the more usage you can get out of each sheet.

Thinner icing will still work just fine, but it will extend the dry time and minimize the times each sheet can be reused

Best practice is to let your cookies dry overnight before slowly removing the paper, but a thicker flood consistency will expedite this process as well.

To avoid air pockets, do not lat the parchment flat on the cookie at one time. Start at one end and slowly press the sheet onto the icing. See visual below.
