Filling out the order inquiry form does not guarantee your booking.  Your spot is not secured on the calendar until the deposit is received.

Due to high volume, please allow 1-3 business days to hear back from me once your form is submitted.

Once you pick your pricing option, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold your spot, the remainder is due the week before pick up.  

Email addresses are required to send an invoice that can be paid securely online with a credit card.  If absolutely needed, I can accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or cash drop off.

Once deposit is received, I will draw up a digital sketch of your cookies so you can approve the designs. 

Sketches are normally sent out the weekend before the event, if not sooner.

Any changes that need to be made to an order have to be submitted to Louise & Co. Cookies no later than 10 days before the pick up date.  Any additions to the order, regardless of time, are not guaranteed.  I typically book up at least a month in advance so additional space in my schedule is not always possible, but I always welcome the requests!

I understand that life throws some curveballs sometimes, so, cancellations and full refunds will be given up to 3 weeks before pick up.​

No refunds will be given after 3 weeks before event date.  Funds can be transferred to a different date IF I am available at the new date requested.

In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order and you are in need of a refund, the cookies must be returned to Louise & Co. Cookies within 24 hours of receipt and completely intact.

I pride myself in packaging each order with care, so once the cookies leave my hands, I am not responsible for breaking, cracked icing, etc.

No cash refunds will be given. Refunds will only be given as a store credit.
